The above floor plan represents the general layout of the Northshore Harbor Center. For detailed information, follow the links below.
Building specs:
Floor to beam the ceiling is 30 feet high.
Above the beam the ceiling arches, in the middle it’s 45 feet from floor to ceiling and on the sides it’s 35 feet from floor to ceiling.
The length of the Grand Hall is 148 feet.
The width of the Grand Hall is 118 feet.
The roll-up doors are 18 by 18 feet.
There are three loading docks and a ramp to drive in the building.
Ample rigging loads.
Floor boxes are situated and built-in every 30 feet with 100 amp three-phase receptacles. There are two- 400 amp three-phase disconnects and two 200-amp three phase disconnects. Each box also contains water, high speed internet and telephone in every floor box.
There are two buss bars expanding hte length of hte Grand Hall; one with 480 volts on one side and 220 volts on the other side.
There’s wire-less internet throughout the building.
